1. I'm trying to book, but I’m having difficulties filling in the booking form?
Please feel free to call or e-mail us when you have difficulties to fill in our booking form. We are at your disposal!
2. I have filled in and sent the booking form. What happens now?
After you have filled in the booking form, you will get a notification per e-mail to inform you we have well received your reservation. We will check the availability of the venue of your choice with the lake owner, and your booking will be confirmed within 5 working days (depending on the time of response of the lake owner). The invoice will be send to your per e-mail, along with additional information. We do our outmost to keep our online calendars as up-to-date as possible, but rely on accurate information supplied by our lake owners.
3. I have received the invoice for my fishing holiday, how can I pay?
You can pay your fishing holiday per bank transfer in 2 terms: the deposit and the remaining balance. The deposit of 50% of the total amount needs to be received by The Carp Specialist within 7 days after the invoice date. The remaining balance needs to be received by The Carp Specialist at least 10 weeks before arrival. The Carp Specialist holds an IBAN bank account with the highly acclaimed Rabobank in The Netherlands, to which you can easily make an online bank transfer. Our bank details can be found on the invoice.
4. What happens if there is a double booking or when the preferred date / venue is not available?
In the rare case that we have received a double booking or when the preferred date / venue is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer you an alternative date or venue, without any further commitments.
5. Are there any additional charges?
The Carp Specialist doesn’t charge any booking costs, service costs, administration costs etc. All prices on our website include the use of your swim, the use of the facilities any optional extras and Dutch VAT is included. Any aditional charges on site can be found on the ‘Prices’ tab per venue.
6. I have booked a fishing holiday, can I cancel it?
Your booking can only be canceled by writing or e-mail (including a confirmation of receipt) by the group organiser. Cancellations will be handled as per our terms & conditions which are deposed at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and cancellation charges will be applied.
